Being a member of the College Park Woman's Club (CPWC) is a great way to get to know your neighbors and give back to our community. Our membership consists of long-time residents as well as Professionals and Moms who have recently moved into our neighborhood.
CPWC meets monthly January through May, and we take a summer break in June and July. Then, we meeting August through December. Currently, meetings are virtual, but we're hoping we can get back to meeting in person very soon.
In previous years we've enjoyed a variety of guest speakers and had fun times hosting community events. For the community, we've hosted a Pancake Breakfast with Santa, cooked hot dogs and gave away candy for Halloween, enjoyed an Italian Dinner and wine tasting, made Valentines for shut-ins, hosted a back-to-school pool party for neighborhood kids, and even hosted a Veterans' event honoring our neighbors who had served in our armed forces.
Annual dues go to support these projects as well as the preservation of our historic building Camellia Hall.
We look forward to having you join us and encourage your neighbor to join as well!
